CUCKOOVILLE Grand Draw campaign is a five-month promotional initiative designed to support product sales and strengthen engagement across retail outlets, roadshows, and live campaign activities.

The campaign runs from 01 September 2026 to 30 January 2027.

Customers who purchase any eligible CUCKOO product or service via Rent-To-Own (RTO) or outright purchase during the campaign period.

1. Purchase an eligible CUCKOO product or service.
2. Complete the official CUCKOOVILLE entry coupon.
3. Deposit the completed coupon into an official CUCKOOVILLE Grand Draw Box.

Each eligible CUCKOO product purchased entitles the customer to one (1) entry coupon. For purchases comprising multiple units or products, one coupon is issued per individual eligible product.

(Example -  a purchase of 1 CUCKOO water purifier and 1 rice cooker earns 2 entry coupons).

Eligible E-Commerce items include AquaMist, AquaPro, and AquaPro X showerheads; Head & Body Filters; CR-1020F and CR-1095 rice cookers; 20L FlatX Microwave Ovens; and Laurastar IGGI.

Specific coupon issuance rules for showerheads and filters:

• One Showerhead + One Filter: Entitled to one (1) entry coupon
• Any Two Filters (2 Head Filters, 2 Body Filters, or 1 of each): Entitled to one (1) entry coupon
• One Showerhead only: Entitled to one (1) entry coupon
• One Filter only: Not eligible for an entry coupon

Yes. Existing customers upgrading their CUCKOO Water Purifier during the campaign period are entitled to one (1) entry coupon per completed upgrade sales order.

Yes. Customers purchasing qualifying Healthy Homecare services (such as air-conditioner,  mattress cleaning or washing mashing cleaning) are entitled to one (1) entry coupon per completed sales order, provided full payment has been recorded in the system.

Official CUCKOOVILLE Grand Draw Boxes are accessible at all CUCKOO Brandstores, EasyHolm locations, and participating roadshows.

• First Draw (4th to 10th Prizes): Scheduled during the CUCKOOVILLE Festival (7 winners) in December 2026.
• Grand Draw (1st to 3rd Prizes): Scheduled for January 2027 during the Consumer Fair and Trade Expo  (top 3 winners).
