Following the signed agreement, customers are required to make their monthly payments according to the agreed schedule.
Penalty charges are not applied immediately for overdue payments. However, if an account remains overdue for 90 days or more, the unit may be subject to repossession. Once repossession takes place, penalty charges may be imposed, and continued non-payment may result in further action, including legal proceedings.
Any request will be reviewed by the CUCKOO CRS Department based on your account status and internal approval. Approval is considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
