FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The plan is open to:

  • Existing customers who purchased their unit outright with no remaining payments;
  • Rent-to-Own customers who have either completed their contract, or have six (6) months or fewer remaining on it, provided there are no outstanding payments.

The plan allows you to trade in your existing product for a newer model within the same category. For example, you can trade in your current water purifier for a newer water purifier model .

To complete the upgrade, you must return your original product along with all its accessories and components. The new unit will connect to the previous tubing from your old unit.

When you proceed with the Upgrade Plan, you will be bound by a new seven-year rental contract.

 No, any existing NCS packages from a current rental or outright unit cannot be transferred to the upgrade plan. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for any remaining service periods on your previous unit.
