In the spirit of the holy month of Ramadhan, CUCKOO Brunei was proud to conduct its CUCKOO CSR Program 2026 – Ramadhan Edition. Through strategic collaborations with local non-profit organisations, CUCKOO has extended vital support to underprivileged families across the nation, reinforcing its commitment to fostering healthier and more resilient communities.

Social Kitchen Community: Supporting Families in Need
CUCKOO joined forces with SCOT (Society for Community Outreach and Training) for the Social Kitchen Community project. This collaboration focused on addressing food security for displaced or vulnerable individuals.
As part of this initiative, CUCKOO donated a total of 250 food packs to families currently residing at the Pusat Penempatan Sementara (PPS) Kg Subok on 03 March 2026. These meals were prepared and delivered by CUCKOO volunteers, including Mr Wong Kim Guan, the CEO of CUCKOO, and Ms Wong Hui Ting, the Marketing Director, to provide comfort and nutrition to families during the Ramadhan month.
“Ramadhan is a time to reflect, to be grateful, and to care for one another,” said Amilin Mat Sah, Head of Marketing at CUCKOO Brunei. “Through Social Kitchen, we hope to ease the burden of families at PPS Kg Subok in a small but meaningful way. At CUCKOO, giving back is not only part of what we do, it is part of who we are. We care deeply about the wellbeing of the community we serve.”

Jejak Ramadhan 2026: Reaching Remote Communities
Continuing its mission of social responsibility, CUCKOO Brunei partnered with Hand4Hand Brunei for the “Jejak Ramadhan 2026” initiative, an outreach program dedicated to identifying and assisting those in need. While the wider campaign by Hand 4 Hand Brunei supported approximately 150 families across all four districts, CUCKOO specifically provided essential supplies and daily necessities to 11 families residing in the Brunei-Muara and Temburong Districts on 13 and 15 March 2026.
To navigate challenging terrains and ensure the timely delivery of aid, CUCKOO collaborated with the Persatuan Kereta Tahan Lasak (PKTLB), who served as the Official Mobility Partner. Their expertise in off-road logistics allowed the team to reach remote areas, ensuring that no family was left behind during this blessed month.
“For Jejak Ramadhan, our focus was on making our support meaningful by being involved at the ground level,” said Salimatul Saleh, Project Lead / Brand & Communications Lead. “From shopping and packing to the donation drive in Temburong and Belait, we wanted to play our part in ensuring these essentials reached the families directly. At CUCKOO, we believe better living goes beyond the home. It is also about how we care for the community, and this is how we bring the #SamaSamaCUCKOO spirit to life.”
A Commitment to Giving Back
These initiatives reflect CUCKOO’s ongoing dedication to its Corporate Social Responsibility pillars, focusing on health, wellness, and community welfare.
By working alongside dedicated partners like Hand4Hand Brunei, SCOT, and PKTLB, CUCKOO Brunei continues to turn its vision of a ‘Beyond Standards’ life into a reality for all Bruneians.
