Detach shower head
from the body.
Step 2
Replace contaminated filter with replacement filter and reassemble.
Body Filter : Lifespan normally 2-3 months, but lifespan may vary based on using the environment. Suggest to change if water pressure decreased or heavily contaminated.

Detach shower cover and run the ceramic balls under running water.
Step 2
Replace the fibre filter with the hard surface facing inwards and make sure the O-ring is at the correct position before reassembly.
Ceramic balls are for semi-permanent use while the fibre filter can be replaced alongside the body filter. We recommend changing them if water pressure has decreased or water becomes heavily contaminated.
