Following the signed agreement, customers are required to make monthly payments as scheduled.

If payments are overdue, penalties are not applied immediately. However, once an account reaches 3 months overdue or more, repossession of the unit may be carried out. After repossession, penalty charges will be incurred, and continued non-payment may result in the account being escalated for legal action.

Payment arrangements can be considered based on your current situation.

For example, if your monthly payment is BND35.00, you may make a partial payment and settle the remaining balance before the next billing date. Please note that any unpaid amount will be carried forward, and late charges may still apply.

We understand that situations can vary. If you’re currently unable to make payment, we encourage you to share more details with us such as how many months your account is overdue and your current circumstances.
